Edmund Dadson
Managing Director
Accomplished Tax & Finance Professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in leading accounting, tax functions and financial management within the energy industry. As the Head of Accounting & Tax at the world’s foremost provider of technology and solutions to the energy sector, he successfully led a team of professionals across diverse regions and markets. Throughout his career, he demonstrated consistent ability to deliver high-quality services and results, particularly in challenging and complex situations.
His expertise spans finance and tax management, with a proven track record in critical areas such as transfer pricing, statutory reporting, planning, compliance, accounting, internal controls, process improvement and people development. He excels in managing international tax matters, cross-border transactions, and internal reporting, providing comprehensive approach to navigating the dynamic landscape of global tax regulations.
A forward-thinking professional, he is passionate about leveraging the latest innovations and trends in FinTech to optimize finance functions and processes. Edmund completed a FinTech certificate program at Harvard Business School. These qualifications reflect his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements and applying them strategically to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial and tax strategies, process improvements, including simplification and standardization, resulting in improved outcomes and cost savings.
He demonstrates proficiency in Local GAAP Accounting, Tax Reporting, and Indirect Tax, ensuring the quality of tax reports for management on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to regional markets across Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia.
Edmund holds chartered memberships with ICAEW (UK), FCCA (UK) and CA Malaysia.
Dr. Yoke Leong YEE

Dr Yee has worked in senior positions with both local and multinational companies involved in engineering, management consulting, business development, financial services and setting up of regional shared services centers. He has worked for the Big Four global accounting firms in their management consulting practices and has risen to the positions of Executive Director and the dealing license holder of a stockbroking house in Malaysia and Chief Operating Officer of a regional accounting shared services center based in Malaysia, of a major international oil and gas company. His experience, skills and knowledge cover areas ranging from Strategy Development, General Management, Business Development, Joint-Venture Development, Equity and Futures Investment and regional Shared Services Management. He currently has his own investment business with particular specialization in equity and futures trading. Dr Yee holds a Bachelor’s degree and a PhD in Engineering from Monash University (Aus.) as well as an MBA from Cranfield University School of Business (UK).
Dr Yee is active in voluntary community service where he was involved in starting and helming a local chapter of a well-known international service organization. He has been a member for the last 30 years and is currently involved in mentoring high school students and young professionals, and also in improving the lives of dislocated peoples (refugees) in the local community. He has been honored by his club several times.
Wan Suriani Ibrahim

Wan Suriani Ibrahim studied Accountancy and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in the UK. She has a strong foundation in financial accounting, auditing and management accounting.
As part of a lean management team, Wan Suriani was responsible for financial analysis and reporting including business planning, forecasting and budgeting for direction setting of a software company.
Wan Suriani led accounting teams of outsourced services department to American businesses based in Europe to successfully manage respective companies’ financial reporting and control functions.
Wan Suriani headed the accounts department of the newly set up UK branch of International Acceptance Limited and one of the pioneers in setting up and establishing a new division of Tenon Group Plc.
Wan Suriani also led the implementation of an enterprise risk management system with the oil & gas division of UMW and managed costs of maintaining floating oil storage vessels (FPSO) in Nigerian, Vietnam, India and Indonesia for an oil & gas company.
